those looking to purchase Discounted Market Sale Homes. These
homes are available for local residents to purchase at a
discounted price of the property’s value, making it a more
affordable way for people to get onto the housing ladder. - Our Community Living Mortgage, which is designed for people
looking to purchase a property that’s part of a cohousing set-up.
This product supports a sustainable way of living that can be
environmentally friendly and helps communities thrive and grow. - A new product to support light sustainable renovations helping
people to finance projects like installing a heat pump, improving
installation or adding solar panels and a battery. -
